For services requiring payment, all fees are due as outlined in the respective service agreement or invoice. FrameLight Studio reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in your contract to be eligible for a refund. Non-refundable deposits may apply to secure bookings or project commencement.

The materials and services provided by FrameLight Studio are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FrameLight Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided, even if FrameLight Studio or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
