Getting Ready for Your Session
Great portraits require a calm mind and clear intention. Before arriving at the studio, we encourage our clients to review our curated mood boards and select wardrobe pieces that feel authentic to their personal style.
Rest well the evening before, stay hydrated, and trust in our team's ability to guide you comfortably through every pose and lighting transition. Our studio provides a private dressing area and complimentary refreshments to ensure you feel entirely at ease.

To maintain our standard of excellence and ensure every client receives our undivided creative attention, FrameLight Studio operates on a strictly scheduled basis. Once your session date is confirmed, that time is exclusively reserved for you.
Scheduling and Arrival
We request that you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This allows for a relaxed introduction, final wardrobe adjustments, and a brief discussion over coffee or tea before stepping onto the set. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling Requests
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to adjust your booking, we kindly request a minimum of forty-eight hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our studio schedule accordingly and seamlessly transfer your reservation to a new, mutually agreeable date without any complications.
Creative Deliverables
Following your session, our editing team begins the meticulous process of selection and retouching. A curated gallery of digital proofs will be securely delivered to you within ten business days. Final, high-resolution retouched files are typically provided shortly after your final selections are submitted.
